Modbus Network Mein Baud Rate Kyun Zaroori Hai?

Modbus ek aisa protocol hai jo industrial automation mein sabse zyada use hota hai. Coding aur configuration mein aasan hone ki wajah se Modbus sabse zyada popular hai. Ek Modbus network mein sabse zaruri parameter jiska sabse zyada dhyan rakhna padta hai wo hai Baud Rate. Modbus Mein Baud Rate Kya Hota Hai?

Modbus communication ko sahi se kaam karne ke liye kuch basic parameters set karne padte hain. Niche ek basic Modbus RTU configuration ka example diya gaya hai:

In sabhi parameters me Baud rate Modbus protocol mein communication speed ko measure karta hai. Data bits ke form mein transmit hota hai. Jab kuch bits milkar ek 'symbol' banate hain, toh ek second mein kitne symbols transmit ya receive hote hain, use Baud Rate kehte hain.

Aasan shabdon mein, Baud rate batata hai ki do Modbus devices ke beech data kitni tezi se travel karega. Agar baud rate 19200 set hai, toh iska matlab hai ki 1 second mein maximum 19200 symbols communicate ho sakte hain.

⚠️ Warning: Master aur slave devices dono ka baud rate bilkul same hona chahiye (jaise dono ka 9600 ya dono ka 19200). Agar dono devices ka baud rate alag hoga, toh communication bilkul nahi hoga.

Baud Rate Itna Important Kyun Hai?

Har manufacturer apne Modbus device ke operating manual mein ek default baud rate value deta hai. Kyunki baud rate seedha speed se juda hota hai, isliye ise set karte waqt 4 baaton ka dhyan rakhna chahiye:

  • Distance: Do devices ke beech ki doori.
  • Slaves: Master se connected total slave devices ki sankhya (Maximum 255).
  • Noise: EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Noise level.
  • Data: Transmit hone wale data ka amount.

Agar aap bahut high baud rate set kar dete hain, toh device bahut tezi se symbols bhejega, aur chance hai ki short time mein data destination tak theek se na pahunche. Low baud rate ensure karta hai ki data skip na ho aur har device tak safely pahunche.

💡 Pro Tip: Agar aapke devices ke beech ki doori (distance) zyada hai, network mein bahut saare slave devices hain, ya aas-paas heavy motors ki wajah se high EMI noise hai, toh baud rate hamesha low (jaise 9600) rakhein.

Wahi dusri taraf, High baud rate tab use karna chahiye jab distance kam ho, slave devices thode hon, noise interference low ho, aur data ka amount kam ho. Modbus ek serial communication hai jisme data ek ke baad ek line mein travel karta hai, isliye har data ka perfect time par pahunchna zaroori hai.

Standard Baud Rates Kya Hain?

Modbus mein use hone wale standard baud rates ye hain:

  • 9600
  • 19200
  • 38400
  • 57600
  • 115200

Inme se 9600 aur 19200 sabse zyada widely use kiye jate hain. Ek best baud rate decide karte waqt aapko dono factors – 'Speed' aur 'Data Reliability' ko balance karna padta hai.
